Free Outdoor Karate Classes for Teens & Adults in Stillwater, NJ

FREE KARATE CLASSES

Train Outdoors. Build Strength. Develop Endurance. Improve Flexibility. Learn Self-Protection.

Two martial artists in traditional uniforms training Karate. One is off-balancing the other.

Karate in the Park is a grassroots offering to area residents by The Karate Workshop, designed to make Authentic Okinawan Karate accessible to teens and adults ages 14 and above. These open-air sessions invite participants to engage in traditional martial arts training within a focused and supportive environment.

The program is led by Samuel Wykoff, a 4th-degree black belt with over 40 years of experience in Okinawan Karate. These sessions are not being offered as a business, but as an opportunity to share something of meaning, depth, and real value—and to help others begin a sincere journey of personal growth and martial study.

These classes are ideal for both beginners and returning practitioners. Whether you're looking to try something new, reconnect with past training, or explore a more authentic, principle-based approach to Karate, you’re welcome here.
